Completed TCOLE Declaration of Licensing Course Enrollment Eligibility (DOLCE) signed by the sponsoring agency’s department head or authorized designee, verifying the cadet's eligibility for enrollment.

Training Lab Fee*: $750

*Fees offset the costs associated with practical skills training and consumable training materials including ammunition, firearms and range consumables, equipment maintenance and replacement, training materials and code books, and academy supplies.
